Norgroup transformed an empty commercial shell into a complete, fully operational YOH Burger restaurant.

We designed the layouts for both the customer-facing and back-of-house areas, ensuring an efficient flow between ordering, food preparation, cooking and service. Our work included the full interior shop fit, bespoke counters and seating features, lighting, finishes, mechanical and electrical coordination, and the creation of a distinctive dining environment reflecting the YOH Burger brand.

For the commercial kitchen, we developed the layout, specified the required catering equipment and completed its supply and installation. The finished premises combine a modern restaurant interior with a practical, professionally equipped kitchen, providing the client with a genuine turnkey operation ready to begin trading.

As part of the complete transformation of an empty commercial shell into a fully operational YOH Burger restaurant, Norgroup designed, manufactured and installed a comprehensive range of bespoke signage.

The signage package was developed to maximise the visibility of the YOH Burger brand across the prominent roadside building. It included oversized raised lettering, illuminated logos, social media details, delivery messaging, a projecting burger sign, contrasting yellow roofline detailing and a large gloss black feature logo spanning the side elevation.

Inside the restaurant, we also created an illuminated YOH feature sign incorporated into a decorative branded display. Together, the different signage elements provide a consistent and highly recognisable identity from every approach to the premises.

Norgroup transformed an undeveloped gravel site into a complete hospitality destination comprising three separate concepts: The Grill food outlet, the Dessert Bar and El Paraiso Shisha Lounge.

Starting with the container shells, we completed the full conversion and fit-out required to create three operational, customer-facing units. The project included the development of the glazed frontages, internal commercial spaces, external finishes and distinctive illuminated signage for each business area.

The completed development brings the three complementary concepts together under the Cha Cha Adda identity while allowing each venue to retain its own clearly defined branding and customer experience.

As part of a wider project to introduce the client’s Smashville Burger Co. brand within an existing petrol station, Norgroup created a bespoke internal signage feature to clearly define the new food service area.

The curved fascia was finished with contemporary black slatted cladding and fitted with illuminated lettering and logo elements produced using our Faux Neon range. The red, white and amber illumination reflects the Smashville branding while delivering the visual impact of traditional neon with a clean, modern finish.

The completed installation transformed the unfinished structure into a prominent branded focal point that separates the catering concept from the surrounding retail space and attracts customers from across the store.

As part of the wider VapeWay Lounge contract, Norgroup completed the full renovation and shop fit-out of an empty commercial unit, transforming it into a modern and distinctive retail environment.

We designed, manufactured and installed custom-built cabinetry around the client’s operational and display requirements. The completed interior includes integrated LED shelf lighting, illuminated category signage, extensive product displays, secure storage cupboards and drawers, and a bespoke sales counter with a solid-surface worktop.

The finished shop provides a premium customer experience while offering the client practical storage, clear product presentation and an efficient retail workspace.

As part of a larger shopfitting contract, Norgroup designed, manufactured and installed the external signage for VapeWay Lounge.

The signage had to comply with strict landlord requirements governing its design, fixing method and illumination. To meet these requirements while maintaining a strong visual impact, we produced solid built-up lettering from 30 mm LED Spectrum Perspex acrylic, with embedded LED illumination.

The finished sign creates a clean and modern appearance during the day, while producing a distinctive glowing effect at night that enhances the visibility of the premises.

Active8 Support Services required a modern, professional fascia sign that could be delivered within a tight project budget.

Norgroup developed a clean and straightforward design that clearly presents the company’s branding, contact number and website. The finished sign features a durable aluminium composite sign tray with raised, three-dimensional acrylic lettering and logo elements.

The completed installation transformed the previously bare and weathered fascia, giving the premises a much stronger and more professional street presence while remaining within the client’s available budget.

A completely bespoke home bar area, custom designed, manufactured and installed by Norgroup. The finished installation incorporates made-to-measure dark wood cabinetry, integrated appliances, a built-in sink and seamless solid-surface worktops.

The cabinetry was designed to fit precisely within the existing alcove, transforming an unfinished area into a practical and sophisticated entertaining space that complements the surrounding games room.

As part of a major store refresh at Outwood Express, Norgroup designed, manufactured and installed a completely bespoke retail counter and rear display gantry.

The new installation was created to present the store’s extensive range of e-cigarettes, vape liquids and related products in a more organised, secure and visually engaging way. It incorporates lockable cabinets and drawers, a custom illuminated acrylic display case, integrated product shelving and illuminated overhead lightboxes.

The finished counter and gantry provide improved storage, product visibility and security while giving the shop a cleaner, more modern appearance.
