STM TWC ECO
The STM TWC ECO is a commercial touch water chiller engineered for accurate, repeatable ingredient control in bakeries and food-production environments.
Professional touch water chiller with a 50 litre tank and high-efficiency refrigeration circuit. It can deliver approximately 35 litres every 30 minutes from 25°C to 2°C.
Consistent dough starts with controlled water
Water can account for a substantial proportion of a dough recipe. Controlling its quantity and, where applicable, temperature helps reduce seasonal variation, improve batch consistency and support predictable proofing and baking.
