The Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 received Royal Assent on 29 April 2026 and gives governments powers to regulate the retail display of vaping and nicotine products. A UK-wide consultation launched on 10 July 2026 is considering proposals to keep these products out of sight.
Because the final regulations, commencement dates and detailed exemptions have not yet been confirmed, Norgroup develops practical concealed-storage concepts without guaranteeing compliance with rules that do not yet exist.
