A clean fascia with depth and a finished edge
A sign tray is formed from a routed aluminium composite panel with edges folded back towards the wall. These returns create depth and provide a place for the fixing arrangement. The face can carry printed graphics, vinyl text or separate lettering, depending on the design.
Materials & construction
The tray uses sign-grade aluminium composite, with the selected colour and finish carried across its face and returns. Aluminium angle can form part of the fixing system. Material, return depth and any joins are agreed around the finished fascia dimensions.

Plan the details
Tray size calculations include the face, returns and any upstand or downstand. Larger signs may require joins, particularly in finishes with smaller sheet sizes. Trays can be supplied flat for graphic application and folded during installation; the supply and installation scope will be set out in your quotation.

Your questions, answered
Can the tray be illuminated?
A standard tray is not internally lit. A trough light can illuminate the face, or a fret-cut tray can illuminate selected lettering and shapes.
Will there be a join?
A join is needed when the tray blank exceeds the available sheet dimensions. We plan its position around your artwork.
Does the fixing kit include wall fixings?
The final wall fixings depend on the substrate. The quotation will confirm the fixing and installation scope for your site.
