Norgroup inspected a Pietro Berto SP80 mixer that performed acceptably on the smaller recipes but left flour and dough unmixed on the largest batch.
The drive system was inspected and the bowl belts were tensioned. Calculating the full recipe showed the largest mix produced approximately 99 kg of finished dough, exceeding the mixer’s 80 kg finished-weight capacity.
