Make the premises easier to identify

Commercial signage should represent the brand and perform in its actual location

The right sign depends on the building, fixing surface, viewing distance, illumination, surrounding businesses, landlord requirements and the way customers approach the premises. A design that looks effective on screen may not work at full scale.

Norgroup can assess the intended position and develop suitable sign construction, lettering, lighting and graphics. Signage can be delivered as a standalone project or coordinated with wider shopfitting, counters and window branding.

Signage designed for the site

Consider visibility, scale and installation before approving the artwork

A successful sign must work from the customer’s viewing position and be practical to manufacture, install and maintain on the specific building.

  • Viewing distance and approach direction
  • Shopfront proportions and neighbouring signs
  • Daytime and night-time visibility
  • Fixing surface and structural condition
  • Electrical supply and service access
  • Landlord and planning requirements
