Mondial Forni Domino Modular Electric Deck Oven
The Mondial Forni Domino is a modular electric deck oven designed around the exact requirements of the bakery. Individual baking decks can be selected in different widths, depths, capacities and working heights, then combined into a compact, tailor-made oven configuration.
This exceptional flexibility makes Domino suitable for artisan bakeries, retail bakeries, hotels, restaurants, caterers and production sites requiring one oven capable of handling bread, pastry and tray-baked pizza.
Each deck is independently controlled and thermally isolated. Adjacent chambers can operate with a temperature difference of up to 50°C, allowing very different products to be baked simultaneously without compromising baking performance.
A Modular Oven Built Around Your Production
Domino is not limited to a single fixed deck arrangement. Each oven can be assembled using a combination of compatible deck modules, allowing the chamber width, depth, baking surface and working height to be selected according to the products being made.
A configuration may contain up to four baking decks. Different module sizes can be combined within a suitable overall arrangement, providing a practical way to accommodate bread, pastries and tray pizza within one oven system.

Uncompromising Modularity
The width, depth and working height of the baking decks can be selected to create an oven suited to the bakery rather than forcing production to fit a standard machine.
Eleven individual deck modules are available, offering baking surfaces from 0.50 m² to 2.00 m² per deck. Depending on the selected module, chambers can be configured for bread, pastry or tray pizza.
Decks are available with either an 18 cm or 25 cm internal working height, allowing larger products and specialist applications to be accommodated.
Independent Decks and Thermal Isolation
Domino's high level of thermal insulation allows adjacent decks to operate with a temperature difference of up to 50°C.
Bread, pastries and other products can therefore be baked at different temperatures at the same time. Each deck operates as a separate baking chamber while remaining part of one compact oven.
Thermo-reflective door glass, insulated construction and intelligent electrical power management help reduce heat loss and overall energy demand.
Precision Baking Control
Every Domino deck is equipped with two temperature probes. These monitor and regulate the heat at the top and floor of the chamber independently.
The latest-generation electronic controls provide precise adjustment of the baking conditions, helping operators achieve repeatable results even with difficult or temperature-sensitive products.
Individual deck control also means that only the chambers required for production need to be operated, helping to avoid heating unused baking capacity.
Designed for Cleaning and Maintenance
Domino is designed to simplify routine cleaning, inspection and servicing in both front-of-house installations and production bakeries.
The heating elements are connected from the front, helping to reduce the access required for installation and maintenance. Its compact construction and innovative door-opening system also make efficient use of the available floor space.
