The STM AT EASY 6 is a commercial aqua transfer engineered for accurate, repeatable ingredient control in bakeries and food-production environments.
Automatic STM water distributor serving up to 6 dough mixers from one compatible DOX or DOMIX installation.
Consistent dough starts with controlled water
Water can account for a substantial proportion of a dough recipe. Controlling its quantity and, where applicable, temperature helps reduce seasonal variation, improve batch consistency and support predictable proofing and baking.
