Mondial Forni Dekomondial Electric Deck Oven
The Mondial Forni Dekomondial is a high-performance electric deck oven designed for bakeries requiring excellent baking quality, independent deck control and exceptional production flexibility.
Each baking deck operates independently, allowing different products to be baked simultaneously at different temperatures and with separate baking programmes. Bread, pastries, focaccia, pizza and other products can therefore be produced within the same oven according to demand.
Available with three, four or five decks and a broad range of chamber widths and depths, Dekomondial is suitable for both artisan bakeries and intensive production environments. Its compact construction, advanced electronic controls and front-access servicing help reduce installation requirements and simplify daily operation.
Independent Decks for Maximum Flexibility
Every Dekomondial baking deck is independently heated and controlled. Operators can set different temperatures, steam requirements and baking programmes for each chamber, adapting production according to the type and quantity of product required.
This allows the oven to bake products such as pastries at lower temperatures, traditional bread at medium temperatures and focaccia or pizza at higher temperatures during the same production period.

Dekomondial is available in three, four and five-deck configurations with one, two or three doors per deck. Baking surfaces range from 4 m² to 22.8 m².

Maximum Temperature Control
Two temperature probes are fitted to each baking deck, working with advanced electronic controls to provide precise temperature regulation.
The independent decks allow operators to manage each chamber separately, supporting intensive production while retaining accurate and repeatable baking conditions.
Simplified Front Maintenance
The oven's principal service and wear components are designed to be inspected, maintained or replaced from the front.
This reduces the need for extensive side or rear access, helping to minimise servicing time, maintenance costs and disruption within the bakery.
